Some tips for using their pricing and ordering system:
Be sure to select YES for outerwrap if you want shrinkwrap. It defaults to No and this affects your price. Also, the price grid defaults to 500, so you’ll want to scroll down and change the quantity after you select your packaging type. One more thing to know – if you change the packaging type, the form resets itself so you’ll need to reselect your quantity and shrinkwrap, etc. if you change from a 4-panel to a 6-panel insert for example. It’s annoying, but it’s because they offer different features with different packaging so they have to reset the form if you change the packaging. If you have any problems – just call the toll free number and ask for Blue – he’s my rep and will be glad to help you. Tell him you’re a Crescent Music Services client.
