Make sure that you either use our booklet/traycard templates or that the templates you use are exactly the same. Even if we are not doing your printing, the booklets and traycards must conform to specs or they might not work in the automated equipment properly, which can result in extra handling charges and delays.

If you cannot follow the specs provided, please consider having us print your materials.

• All booklets must be scored and folded to the proper specifications.
• Ask your printer for an overrun of materials - this ensures that you get your complete order of finished, assembled CDs.
• Take care to pack your materials so that they are not damaged in shipping. We are not responsible for materials that arrive damaged.

WE REQUIRE A 5% OVERAGE ON ALL SUPPLIED PRINTING.

Client is responsible for shipping costs to the factory.
